  10. I've been installing xdvik here on a DEC Alpha, and I'm getting a lot of
  11. warning messages about casts between pointers and integers of different
  12. lengths.  Since the Alpha has 64-bit pointers and 32-bit integers (default
  13. under gcc), this seems quite reasonable to me.  From a few test runs,
  14. xdvi seems to work OK, but I worry that a time bomb is waiting to go off
  15. in there.
